We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours, and does not include any time for processing your order.
We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number for international orders.
When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am – 5pm weekdays.
We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver’s end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.
If error has occured please contact us by emailing email@example.com within 7 days upon receiving the garment.
Once the claim has been approved please complete the alterations within 28 days and provide supporting evidence i.e. receipt for the rebate payment.
